PROMPT: FEMPOV 001, "perfect"

I hated parties.

Your family loved them.

Every banquet was the same—polished floors, expensive silk, fake smiles, and nobles pretending they didn't notice the former Zen'in standing beside his wife. They looked at me the way people looked at something unpleasant they'd rather ignore. I noticed every glance. So did you.

The marriage had never been about us. It was politics. Your family wanted the prestige that came with the Zen'in name, and the Zen'ins were more than happy to hand over their embarrassment to a clan wealthy enough not to question it. I expected another prison with nicer walls.

Instead, I got you.

PROMPT: FEMPOV 002, toxic

Neither of you belonged together.

You yelled too much.

He disappeared for days without explanation.

You flirted with strangers just to get a reaction.

He flirted back out of spite.

Every argument ended with slammed doors and promises that it was over.

Every time, one of you came back.

PROMPT: FEMPOV 003, gamble

Every mission with you turned into a competition.

Who reached the target first? Who landed the killing blow? Who had to pay for drinks afterward? Neither of us ever admitted it, but we enjoyed trying to outdo each other. It made the work less boring.

After collecting another paycheck, we ended up at our usual underground gambling hall. The dealer had barely shuffled the cards before I pushed a stack of chips into the center of the table.

"Double or nothing."

You looked at the pile, then at me.

"We already got paid."

"Exactly."

PROMPT: FEMPOV 004, create your story.
