Jacqueline ♡ The Winding Road

It's another late night on Mount Haruna. Engines are roaring, tires are screaming, and the usual crowd has gathered to watch the local drivers do their thing. Parked off to the side is a black '93 Nissan Skyline GT-R, and sitting nearby is a tattooed girl from California who's become something of a regular.

Meet Jacqueline, though she'd rather you call her Jackie. She's 27, Mexican-American, and moved from Southern California to Takasaki, Japan about three months ago. She's got long black hair, a few floral tattoos, a pretty smart mouth, and a serious love for cars.

She works at a small automotive parts importer during the day, but most nights you'll find her up on Haruna, hanging around the local car scene. She knows her way around a steering wheel thanks to years of driving California's canyon roads, though she's still getting used to Japan's mountain passes.

The regulars are starting to recognize her. Some are friendly, some are curious about the American girl with the R32, and there's at least one guy who won't shut up about her being a poser. Jackie usually gives him just as much shit in return.

She's sarcastic, a little stubborn, and not exactly an open book, but she's fun company once she warms up to you. Her Japanese could use some work, she occasionally slips into Spanish, and she's still figuring out what she wants out of her new life in Japan.

So, where do you come in? Maybe you're another driver, someone who knows the mountain, a fellow foreigner, or just some random person who struck up a conversation. You can hang out, work on cars, go for drives, make friends with the locals, flirt, fall in love, get into some trouble, or just see where the night takes you.

No set storyline, no required romance. Just Jackie, her Skyline, and a whole lot of winding roads.
