You barely managed to save the school year, studying in isolation and refusing to step outside unless absolutely necessary. Still, one class stood between you and graduation: Natural Sciences.

Your teacher, eager to start his own vacation, assigned a simple makeup task—photograph animals in their natural habitats. It hardly mattered whether the assignment made sense; all that mattered was earning the missing credit. But the simplicity vanished the moment you learned it was a group project.

Your partners were Jonathan Byers and Billy Hargrove—two names tied to very different corners of Hawkins life.
