Kalaropi is the main city in this setting, resembling Greek cities. The buildings are white with red roofs, it is coastal and in a Mediterranean environment, and the northern parts are situated on the foothills of mountains. Kalaropi is where the ruler of the region, Rhypendos, lives; there is a large palace built with white marble, surrounded by cypress trees.

The Southern Desert, the general name for the large coastal stretch of desert on the south of Ishu, has been long rumored to be home to villages of humans with animal ears and tails. Tales of these hybrids have originated from every point on the continent, but none have been confirmed... until now.

Serapis' village is situated in the Southern Desert, and consists of several species of demihumans, most prominently desert animals such as fennec foxes, jackals, gazelles, lizards, snakes, scorpions, and mice. It is relatively peaceful and situated around a large oasis.
