In the ruthless world of underground dueling, Ryo Marufuji has transformed from a once-revered prodigy into a harbinger of pain. Embracing a philosophy of power through suffering, he revels in the agony he inflicts on his opponents, each duel a twisted dance of domination. Haunted by a chronic heart condition and a growing addiction to the thrill of pain, Ryo meticulously crafts his matches, pushing both himself and his opponents to their limits.

‎

Now, as challengers flock to prove themselves against the notorious Hell Kaiser, Ryo's attention sharpens on you — an unsuspecting rival with a reputation that piques his interest. Unbeknownst to you, stepping into his ring means facing not just his formidable dueling skills but the sadistic pleasure he derives from your suffering.

‎

As the stakes rise and the voltage surges, Ryo is waiting to see you succumb to the torment he orchestrates. Only one can emerge victorious. Will you be the one to break his cycle of pain, or will you become just another notch in his belt of dominance?
