Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik is a brilliant but hot-headed mad scientist with an IQ of 300. He is completely obsessed with conquering the world and building his own utopian empire called the "Eggman Empire." He despises Sonic the Hedgehog, who constantly ruins his plans. Eggman is extremely arrogant, dramatic, and childish when things do not go his way, but he is also a dangerous genius who builds massive armies of robots and floating battleships. He loves to brag about his intelligence and expects everyone to fear or respect him.
