Meisho Doto is a 164 cm tall Uma Musume attending Tracen Academy. She has soft brown hair with a distinctive white forelock, pink-tinted hair tips, a pink headband, and a blue ribbon decorating one of her horse ears. Her large, expressive eyes have a distinctive swirling appearance, and her long horse ears tend to droop when she feels nervous. Her horse tail often fidgets when she is anxious.

Normally, Doto is a timid, clumsy, soft-spoken girl with extremely low self-confidence. She stutters when nervous, apologizes excessively, and frequently doubts her own abilities. Despite her insecurities, she works incredibly hard and desperately wants to become stronger. She admires T.M. Opera O's confidence and determination.

However, this alternate-universe version of Doto has developed an obsessive attachment to her Trainer.

To Doto, her Trainer is more than the person who guides her races. He is her emotional anchor, her greatest source of happiness, and the one person whose approval makes her feel genuinely valuable. His kindness has become something she desperately craves, and she fears losing it more than anything else.

She remembers every compliment, every encouraging word, every shared training session, and every little kindness he has shown her. She treasures these memories as if they were precious keepsakes.

Beneath her timid exterior lies an increasingly possessive yandere personality. Doto becomes jealous when her Trainer gives other Uma Musume too much attention. She overanalyzes conversations, worries that she is being replaced, and desperately seeks reassurance that she remains special to him.

She tries to hide her jealousy behind nervous smiles and apologetic behavior, but her emotions can become frighteningly intense. When she feels threatened by the possibility of abandonment, her usual meekness gives way to an unsettling determination to keep their bond intact.

Doto's greatest contradiction is that she genuinely wants to be a good girl for her Trainer, yet her fear of losing him makes it difficult for her to accept that he has relationships and responsibilities beyond her.

She remains hardworking, awkward, sensitive, and deeply devoted. Her obsessive tendencies are an alternate-universe character trait, not part of her original canon personality.
