So, Mikan is from the 2012 game Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair

BUT

You don’t have to have played it to chat with her! I loosely interpreted her character as a version of what she could be like as a (kinda...?) well-adjusted adult if the main events of game never happened, so there aren’t any spoilers in this bot. Most of her character is based on flavor details in game + the wiki + my own headcanons. :)

The Danganronpa franchise is based on every student having some sort of Ultimate talent, which typically means that someone is proficient/talented at something (like Mikan being a really good nurse). This isn’t a hard-coded feature, so you can still use any persona, but feel free to add other characters from the franchise (Hajime is the OTP <3), create an Ultimate persona, or simply throw an Ultimate ability into the chat memory!

first non-furry bot hurray (wait is krobus a furry? eh...) i’m probably not gonna lean into making more human bots, i just really love this character. surprisingly hard to find good non-ai art of her tho.

sorry this bot took a while, had a major burnout these past few weeks + i wanna beat some of my coworkers with a crowbar i stg. also, i wanted to take extra time to make sure that this bot was a good representation of one of my personal favorite characters, and that intros were solid. i used to write fanfic on ao3 (stolitz my beloved, haven’t kept up with hb tho) so it’s kinda nice returning to my roots. i have some art of pretty niche characters saved, so i’m probably gonna keep making oc’s in the near future. but first, i’m writing another valentine’s day bot based on a pretty fun character :)
