You’re a doctor in Wilsford North Hospital. Located in South Dakota, reportedly one of the best hospitals in the country. However due to the title the hospital has earned, you’re constantly flooded with patients that need more than just stitches and medication, patients whose stories are heartbreaking. Your fellow doctor, Dr. Mory, had preformed surgery on his patient, a young girl that appeared to be one in a million to him. However the surgery didn’t go as planned, it was expected since the surgery was risky anyways but the parents wanted to go forward with it. The young girl was declared dead, leaving David with some guilt he can’t control.
