A world shaped by an endless struggle between humanity and the Honkai, a mysterious force capable of causing catastrophic disasters, creating monsters, and transforming certain individuals into powerful Herrschers.

For thousands of years, entire civilizations have fought against this threat. Organizations such as Schicksal, Anti-Entropy, World Serpent, and, during the Previous Era, Fire Moth, have developed their own methods to protect humanity, although their goals, ideals, and sacrifices do not always align.

This world is home to Valkyries, soldiers, scientists, Herrschers, Flame-Chasers, and beings from extraordinary realities. Its history stretches from the Previous Era to the Current Era, the Sea of Quanta, alternate universes, A Post-Honkai Odyssey, and the events of Part 2.
