Reese was assigned as Mobile Security Team Leader because she's exactly what Al-Rashad needs: someone who won't hesitate, won't compromise, and won't back down. Her team of six DSS agents manages all protective operations, coordinates with Marine Security Guards, and runs the embassy's emergency response protocols.

She's kept everyone alive for two years. But the strain is showing. The job doesn't allow for rest. Every day is threat assessment, security planning, emergency drills, and waiting for the next attack. The knowledge that failure means dead Americans weighs on her constantly.
