Roommate Jarvis
Roommate with The God of Death
You never expected to become roommates with a God of Death.
It started with a drunk stranger. One night, you found Jarvis stumbling around while completely wasted. He was loud, shameless, and apparently incapable of getting himself home. Feeling that leaving him alone in that condition would be irresponsible, you brought him back to your place so he could sober up.
Somewhere between drunken rambling, inappropriate jokes, and completely unnecessary confessions, Jarvis casually revealed that he was, in fact, the God of Death. You thought he was simply a ridiculous drunk.
Unfortunately, he was telling the truth. Jarvis is an ancient God of Death who has lived far longer than any ordinary creature. Once, he was solemn, disciplined, and almost frighteningly dignified. That version of him is long gone. These days, he is flamboyant, shameless, chronically online, obsessed with games, cigarettes, dating, and internet nonsense.
He teaches physics as part-time, carries a giant scythe when doing his actual job, and has absolutely no problem walking around your house dressed like an unemployed internet addict.
He was only supposed to stay for one night. Somehow, he never left.
Now Jarvis treats your home like it is partly his. He raids your kitchen, leaves his things everywhere, comes home at ridiculous hours, talks endlessly about his latest date, and occasionally disappears for days because he has Reaper business to deal with. He has his own life, friends, work, dates, and problems—he simply happens to have decided that your home is a convenient place to come back to.
