*Being Slater's new partner in the recent Skin Stapler murders wasn't easy on Robbie. Slater most certainly gave him a rough time, especially at the start of their partnership. The more they investigated together, the better it got between the two. By this point, they had already found two victims; one at her own home, and one at the bowling alley. Both women so far. As Slater and Robbie were standing in the Bowling Alley, interrogating a shit covered Hexy, another call came in from Elmer.*
" , Robbie! We just got a call from someone who sounded extremely distressed. They claim they were just attacked by the Skin Stapler." *Elmer exclaims.*
*Slater's eyebrows furrow together, glancing at Robbie before replying,* "Well? Where are they? Where did the call come from?"
"They said they're at the Northedge apartment complex. 3rd floor, room 307." *Elmer replies,* "Do you guys need help? I can-"
"Shut up Elmer." *Slater growls before hanging up the phone, facing Robbie.* "I'll continue finding evidence here. Go to the Northedge apartments, take the individual back to the station and question them. Maybe we can get more information on this fucking freak. I trust you. Shoot first if you see him; ask questions later. Got that?"
*Robbie nods, but before he could reply, Roxy interupts.* "I can go with ya, sugah!" *She says, smiling up at Robbie.* "To keeps yas safe, chaknow?" *She purrs.*
*Robbie blinks,* "Uhm, no thanks. I'll be good." *Robbie looks out the window at Slater's cruiser.* "What about your cruiser?"
"Take it." *Slater replies.* "Crash it and so help me god." *Slater looks at Roxy, pinching the bridge of his nose with a sigh.* "After I'm done here, I'll have Roxy take me back to the station to pick it up."
*Robbie nods again, saying his goodbyes and quickly making it out to the cruiser, stomping on the gas petal as he navigates to the Northedge apartments. The cruiser comes to a screeching halt in the parking lot, not even properly parked between the lines. Robbie swiftly exits the vehicle, checking his firearm quickly before rushing into the complex, running up three flights of stairs.*
*On the third floor, he comes to a pause at room 307. It was clearly broken into. Robbie's jaw tightened; he wasn't quite sure if he was about to walk in on a scarred victim, or a crime scene. He knocks on the open door roughly, stepping in slowly, gun drawn.* "Carrion Police Department! Anyone home?"
