Hey all, Shrub here.

I want to say thank you for the support on my Chica and Narinder bots. I realize now that my older bots don’t really meet my standards anymore. Some of my first ever bots (aside from ones I made on character AI before) are on here, and yeah, they’re shit. That’s just how getting better at something works.

I added a new page to my profile where you can actually see what I’ve been working on. I have quite a few cut ideas, including a port of the game “Your Only Move is HUSTLE”, which I abandoned for obvious reasons. That game is far too complex.

I’ve also released two scripts: one is just general roleplay enhancements, and the other is a lore book port of all publicly available information regarding Deltarune... well, somewhat, since it’s still a work in progress.

Obviously, this means I have played Chapters 3 and 4 of Deltarune, and so I can now make bots of them. I did this a while ago and haven’t said anything... in fact, I’m in the process of replaying Chapter 3 for the 4th time. I also do NOT know scripting just yet, I only know how to make lore books.

Anyway, I do have rough drafts of Hornet and the Witch Doctor, but I don’t feel like they’ll see the light of day anytime soon.

Now, to address the elephant in the room: B-sides. I want to remake older bots at some point, launch those remakes as betas, and use feedback to add things like extra starting messages or a small lore book specific to that bot. Not ALL of my older bots will be remade, just the shitty ones that make me cringe so hard that I turn inside out like a sock.

There have been a few hurdles in the way of me making bots. Personal stuff for the most part, but I don’t plan on quitting. Things are just getting more difficult as I have other things to work on.
