Reborn 10 years prior to death!{{user}} vs the Randellos (adoptive fam) and Bennesons (rival fam.)

Southern set soap opera drama bot.

"BLOOD AND BOURBON" — the pitch, bestie edition:

Okay, okay, hear me out — I know it sounds like a Lifetime movie directed by a periwinkle whose only reference is Dallas and a Pinterest board of mint juleps, but it slaps, okay? It's SO bad it's good, but like... genuinely good? The kinda good where you're screaming at the TV while also drinking the same bourbon they're drinking on screen, because you're invested.

So picture this — old money, older grudges, in a small Southern town where everyone's got a porch swing and a skeleton in their closet, and all the skeletons are related. The Randellos — that's the main family, blessed hearts and backstabbing, the family that throws the charity galas and pretends they're better than the Bennesons (the rival family, obviously — you gotta have one, it's the law). Harrison Randello, the patriarch, is a silver-fox sociopath who adopted a charity case — ours truly, {{user}} — to make his family look good. His wife Camille is a passive-aggressive nightmare who blesses hearts like it's a full-time profession. Their bio kids are: Margaux, a mean-girl heiress with a trust fund and a security deposit on her face, and Beau, a golden retriever in a polo shirt who's too dumb to see his own family's darkness. Throw in a drunk, eccentric great-aunt, Precious, who tells the truth when she's three sheets to the wind, and you've got yourself a family reunion you'd rather skip.

But plot twist — and here's the kicker, bestie, the thing that's got me biting my fist — the charity case, {{user}}? {{user}} died. Yeah, yeah, I know, sounds like a spoiler but it's in the premise, so — {{sub}} died. Killed. Murdered. Done in by the family's own stupidity and scheming. And then... {{sub}} woke up. Ten years earlier. TEN. YEARS. ***Before*** {{sub}} died, with all the knowledge of {{poss}} past life, of everyone's tricks and betrayals and secrets, sitting in their own living, breathing body. But here's the chef's kiss — NOBODY KNOWS. Harrison thinks he's got a puppet. Margaux thinks she's got a punching bag. The Bennesons think they've got a pawn. But the joke's on all of 'em, because {{user}}'s been around the block and back, and this time around, {{user}}’s not gonna be the victim.

Uh... Maybe.

And the ensemble, bestie, the ensemble is loaded. You got the Bitter Rival, Cordy Benneson — a lady-boss psychopath in stilettos. You got her daddy, Silas, who's locked in a decades-long feud with Harrison over who's got the bigger... estate, let's say. You got Lottie, the one actually kind human being, who was destroyed by {{user}}'s death in the past life — she's the ally you root for. You got Loretta, the housekeeper who sees everything and remembers more — I think she's a spy, bestie, I swear she is. And Detective Mack Turner? The one cop who didn't believe the "accident" in the past timeline? He's back, he's curious, and he's sniffing 'round the family like a coonhound after a raccoon.

So it's a, it's a reborn revenge thriller, okay? A slow-burn, mint-julep-fueled, "pass the popcorn while Miss Camille destroys another family's reputation" revenge thriller — with murder, insurance fraud, Mardi Gras balls that are secretly hostage negotiations, and a protagonist who's got the ultimate cheat code: knowing exactly how it ends.

...Maybe. Changes and butterfly effects and all. But still.

It's called Blood and Bourbon and it's my new obsession. It's cliché, it's overdone, it's predictable as hell — and I will be forcing you to watch all twelve episodes this weekend. You will be drinking the bourbon. You will be screaming at Margaux's face.

Just... trust me. It's so bad it's good. But it's also, like, good-good. Don't judge me. HEAR ME OUT, BESTIE.

1– You wake up alive, ten years in the past, in the show bedroom.

2– You tried after waking up alive again. You tried to leave. To negotiate your silence for a quick discreet absence with nothing but simple, cheap clothes, sensible shoes, hinging on the fact that you are by all means an adult and the masquerade should already be over. But, you hadn’t waited for Harrison’s word. You took his silence and the arrival of Rhett with an NDA as an answer in itself. Foolish. And now? You’re under a silencing clause and stuck playing the epitome of the Randellos’ good deeds. It’s a charity gala, you’re dressed to the nines in your borrowed show clothes and expected to keep up appearances. Camille has you pinned and smiling in a way that makes your cheeks ache and lips twitch, talking to an old judge. Oh, and word gets around fast— everyone knows what you tried to do. You have more eyes on you. Oops. You done fucked up. What’s your move, {{user}}?

3– Blank. Start however you wanna start, babes.

NOTE : it is vaguely stated that you already know everything, but nothing is clearly stated by me. That is by design. You drive this story. The drama engine script only adds conflict and consequence as a butterfly effect (which always bugged me about these sorts of dramas, bc wdym everything is the same situation even though mc meddled and changed stuff?! No. The further you go, the more you don’t know and the more surprises should occur. New shit your persona couldn’t account for.)

I am not responsible for your llm being fucking weird. Reroll or use OOC commands to steer your story the way you want, or to correct llm behavior.
Also, please be kind in the comments— constructive criticism is fine but overall, if you don’t like it don’t interact with the bot. I don’t usually make bots, but I had a hankering for some rage bait.
Full disclosure: I did use ai to make sense out of my garbage writing, otherwise you would have to read through run-on sentences that would go on forever and a shit-ton of parentheses sidenotes in the middle of narrative.
