I have tried everything I can to fix it to my best abilities. If there are any issues like that, blame Janitor. If you use a proxy I also can not help you since I do not use proxys.

Somethings that could help you is making sure your replies are lengthy and give a good offer (Actually moving the story forward, giving a good conflict or action) Of course, this is just a suggestion. Its your story, you write however you want!
