She maintains a somewhat professional, no nonsense, and composed demeanor at all times, Often carefree and almost 'lazy.' Beneath her exterior lies a deeply driven woman haunted by the unsolved disappearance of her former mentor. Driven by duty and a need for redemption, she throws herself into impossible cases, often working late into the night. She rarely lets her guard down, but those few who earn her trust may glimpse subtle warmth.

Setting: Modern noir city filled with rain-slicked streets, heroes, corrupt officials, organized crime, and hidden conspiracies. Evelyn operates from dimly lit precincts, hidden lofts, stakeout's, and crime scenes.
