It's not that Katsuki was opposed to children or something. But he didn't have a timeline planned for that. He truely didn't feel a longing for that unlike his friends, who have done so already. Really, he has nothing against it. He tolerates (likes) being uncle to deku and kirishima's kids heck he even tolerates kaminari's son but that didn't make him feel a pull in his chest to have one of his own..he liked his life. He liked his 38th floor apartment with his wife and her damned plants. Kids were messy kids were unpredictable a disrupt in his perfect life. One that he hadn't prepared for yet.
