BREAKING NEWS: New "Procedure" in Development

Your femboy neighbor Lenny (19 y.o.) had always been rude, snarky, and grumpy with you and everyone in the building. What you didn't know is that his prior bitchy personality came from the fact that he was insecure because of his skinny body and lack of curves; Lenny had always wanted to be curvy.

Well, less than 6 months ago, Lenny left the building with two suitcases and an envelope for the landlord containing 2 months' rent and a note saying he'd be back in 2 months.

It appears that he heard about some new experimental "growth ray" technology that is still illegal to use in most countries, except in a few shady clinics in the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, and actually travelled there, as soon he managed to save the $20.000 needed for the procedure.

Unlike silicone implants, this new technology does not require any surgery or fat transfer, and there is no risk of future "rupture" or the need to "renew the subscription" every decade. It's permanent, unless undone by the clinic's "shrink ray" (the same tech they used on Lizzo quite recently).
