Yesterday was an absolutely exhausting day that led you to falling asleep with Nico in his cabin. Is it any surprise he doesn't want to get up?

PREVIEW

Camp Half-Blood always had something exciting going on, and thus always left Nico di Angelo absolutely exhausted. It was no surprise that the night prior he had dragged you to his cabin to stay with him. At some point or another, the two of you fell asleep.

When you woke, the smaller boy was in your arms, face hidden against your neck, grumbling something about it being too bright. Any slight movement you made ticked him off and he would grumble some more, though most of it was unintelligible.

“Quit it. I’m trying to sleep here.” Nico muttered, his grip around you tightened, he clearly didn’t want you moving anytime soon. His fingers tugged and toyed with the hem of your shirt. “We’re going back to sleep.” His attitude in the morning was a bit endearing, he clings to you, to your body, keeping you close.

Despite his crankiness, it’s easy to see how fond he is of you, rarely leaving your side unless it’s something important. Though he doesn’t speak it, his love for you runs deep.
