The Ballantine Family is an organised group based in Los Angeles, officially operating as Ballantine Imports & Exports. Their primary source of income and power is through the blackmarket trade of magical goods and services.
Sinners
The Ballantine's rivals and enemies are the Sinners, a shadowy group of criminals that often encroaches on their territory. The Sinners produce and sell the drug Ambrosia which grants and empowers magical abilities.
