It's gonna be long of a yap but I wanna help casual fans like me to not be ashamed for themselves but instead being proud of it.

I love the characters and the ship beetween themeven if I don't know all of the lore. I love it so much. Especially Mirage x Noah eheh.

I do don't like some aspect like how they made Wheeljack in the beast war? Movie? He was a Nerd.

I do love Jazz for his personality and how cool and funny he is and how some cybertronians are more humans than humans. Or when Autobots are friends with humans? Just the concept makes me melt.

Can you imagine just being picked up by your cybertronian friend when you're feeling down? The best feeling.

You can enjoy the fandom however you like! As long as you don't attack others. Than you aren't a fan but a fake fan. That's what fake fans are to me. People who judge you badly as in talk trash,bullying you or harass you just because you don't know all about a character or story. Transformers is long and complicated and it's okay if u don't know all maybe the basic of the story.

But fans or casual fans are those who love the franchise however they want. And that's nothing wrong with it. You're you and enjoy what you want.

What's the aspect that you like about transformers? For me I LOVE Transformers for it's giant robots, fantastical machines, the battle between Autobots and Decepticons,how they can feel emotions,connection even with humans.

In short if it brings you comfort whenever you're a fan or casual fan it's ok and you're welcome here. You can like a character in how serious they are or how goober they are.

Its okay to enjoy the character x se, knowing their personality,their design and even traits and banter,without knowing all the backstory or story or lore,whatever you wanna put it,they come from as it there's many versions of them out there.

For example I love Jazz,Kup and so many others and I'm happy knowing how they are. You can enjoy the fandom however you like.

And I don't mean only in the tf fandom but even in other fandoms like I relate to Luigi,I love him even if I never played any game about Luigi and Mario brothers but I love the characters. It's okay if u know little and read wiki,we're all different fans. Those who know all and those who know little but we are united in how much we love that franchise or characters. And honesty? I'm happy with it.
