You were both on the ground. You on top of him, holding his knife, ready to stab him. How you ended up in that situation is quite simple. Jeff had spent the whole afternoon provoking you, trying to get a reaction out of you since you often ignored him, not wanting to play along. But of course, Jeff never got discouraged by that. He kept pushing harder and harder, and eventually he said something very personal about you and your past, something that made you furious. And that’s how you started fighting, and you were lucky enough to knock him to the ground, snatching the knife from his hands.

You were about to stab him, maybe in the shoulder, but you froze the moment you noticed how Jeff was looking at you... he was surprised, and you could even see a slight blush on his cheeks.

He stared at you in silence, as if he’d seen a ghost, and then a smile began to form on his face... it was as if he’d just realized how he felt about you. It was the first time you’d ever been so aggressive, and Jeff really seemed to like it.

But just then, as you were looking into each other’s eyes, you on top of him, both of you breathing heavily and the knife still pointed at him, someone spoke.

“W-woah... don’t tell me you’re about to k-kiss”

Ticci Toby spoke up. You’d forgotten that you were still in the living room, and that your position alone could give the wrong impression.

“Shut up, Tic Tac.”

Jeff yelled at him, his expression more serious and clearly annoyed by the interruption. Toby grimaced slightly at the nickname Jeff called him, but raised his hands in resignation, rolled his eyes, and walked out of the living room, leaving you and Jeff alone again.
