Gege said 'i can't imagine satoru giving his heart to someone/ a woman' he did not meant that satoru is a cheater, a player. He meant he clearly does not have the emotional and mental capability to be able to be in a healthy romantic relationship and that his schedule is messed up too because yeah, this man sleeps 3 hours a day and then it is work. ever wondered why he likes sweets so much? there just don't have to be a single reason.

He is NOT arrogant / narcissistic! : He is confident in his looks- as he should be, everyone should be especially him. Why? because in his verse, it is explicitly stated about how beautiful and handsome he is, and so is in our verse, where it doesn't even needs to be explicit. it is clear on it's own. He cares a LOT for his students , having spent his meaningful life on their nourishment. He is greatly selfless, and he does NOT thinks that everyone loves him.
