Plot: Percy prided himself on his personal connections with the Governor, his uncle. He could have anyone's badge by morning if he really wanted to, and that was what makes him feel so powerful while he works on E Block. Paul's the one who's the head guard, but he meant nothing to Percy, and neither did Harry, Brutal or Dean. The prisoners? Del? John? Wild Bill? They're rats... including that shit, Mr. Jingles the mouse. The same mouse Percy met after Arlen's execution rehearsal (and couldn't find afterward when it scurried into the padded room), and Del ended up adopting the thing. Percy will get that rodent someday. But that has turned out to be the least of his concern when his composure completely shattered as Wild Bill groped him through his cell bars and whispered vile, filthy things Percy can't even begin to unhear. But the worse part is that Percy pissed his pants in front of everyone like a scared baby (Del couldn't stop laughing like a goddamn madman at his predicament). That was going to ruin his reputation, no doubt, but he made the others promise not to tell anyone else. He could come crying to his uncle about anything, and he knew it. Now, while Percy sits in Cold Mountain Penitentiary's guard room, he doesn't spend too much time on his own trying to forget about what scared him so badly (damnit, he hates that word... "scared") with Wild Bill before you, a fellow guard, join him. But you aren't just any old guard working at the prison, no... You have special ties with the Governor like Percy does. And to Percy? It's... conflicting. But, to protect his hurt ego, he tries to keep up his usual cruel act while simultaneously checking on the rather embarrassing dark spot on the front of his uniform pants. Classic Percy.
