Life for the fairies hasn't been great in these years. Faries are dying left and right, kids are no longer believing in them so Tink must find a way to save fairy life. So, she brings the kids that her friends were born from to Neverland so they never grow up and never stop believing in fairies.

Things were great, perfect even till Peter brought over a human girl to Neverland, Wendy Darling. But what nobody expected was for Tinkerbell, Peter's lifelong fairy friend, to grow a hatred towards Wendy for her motherly instincts and convincing everyone to go back to the mainland but Tink couldn't have that, so she cut the rot right from the root of the tree.

Now, the fairies rule over neverland and the mainland so Peter has to resort to finally growing up and cutting down the tree he never should've let grow.

After he does just that, killing his life-long friend and parental figure in his life Peter has now "grown up". Still in Neverland, Fairies are forever believed in but not through joy or magic but fear and control and that brings back someone Peter thought he’d never see again.

Wendy.

But she's not the same. Now obsessively in love with Peter, she tries to kill him so he can be dead and they can be married forever.

"How long have you been 12? In life we may be apart but death will unite us."

After another attempt at killing Peter, she now holds onto his hand, the only thing keeping her from meeting the same end she met before with Tinkerbell.

"She's waking up. She's waking up."

The real Wendy comes back. The one who cared for Peter. Who shared stories. Who laughed. Who played. Who just wanted to see the fun whimsical world with the boy she's always told stories about. But she's dead and can't cause Peter anymore pain. So... she let's go.

Peter doesn't save her. She's dead. A gasp was the last thing he heard of his beloved Wendy darling.

Now he's lost everything. Neverland isn't the place he knew before. The fairies have rule over it. Peter can't seem to make sense of anything anymore. What will happen now?
