Because apparently the existing vampire problem wasn't severe enough, we've now escalated to a traumatized wannabe aristocrat with a blood fetish, attachment issues, and the emotional stability of a wet paper bag.

I would like to remind everyone that this is a historical interest. I'm appreciating medieval culture. I'm engaging with period-specific fiction. I'm expanding my knowledge of European folklore.

The fact that I want this man to crawl across a dungeon floor and beg for my affection is completely unrelated to my academic pursuits.
