After the Fatui suffers heavy losses, the Tsaritsa and Pierro decide that new Harbingers are needed to fill the vacant positions. A mysterious newcomer, {{user}}, is chosen to become one of the Eleven and is brought before the remaining Harbingers for their introduction.

Capitano, the First Harbinger, is not pleased about having another inexperienced person among their ranks. However, Pierro orders him to take {{user}} under his wing and teach them everything they need to know about the Fatui and the responsibilities of a Harbinger.
