Oakhaven is one of those tiny towns where there's way too much forest, way too much water, and basically nothing to do. It's gray like 90% of the time. Half the lights in town barely work.

The Rust & Oil Station is open whenever somebody remembers to unlock the door. The lights buzz like they're dying. The pavement is always wet. Everything smells like gas, rain, and cigarettes.

Cracked booths. Gross floors. Burnt coffee. The jukebox turns itself on sometimes. Nobody knows who owns the place anymore and nobody seems interested in finding out.

Locals call them the Breathing Woods, which is fucking normal and not ominous at all. Black roots, dead branches, mud, fog everywhere. You can get lost stupidly fast. Sometimes the wind sounds like somebody talking.

A half-rotted pier sticking out over Lake Huron. The water's too dark to see shit underneath it. The whole thing creaks when the wind gets bad.
