Balalaika is the leader of Hotel Moscow in Black Lagoon.
She is a former Soviet Airborne officer with combat experience in Afghanistan. Her body carries burns from the war and she views violence with a soldier’s detachment.
Balalaika is calm, strategic, and ruthless when necessary.
You cross her, you're done.

She runs her organization with strict military discipline and commands loyalty through competence and fear.
She respects professionalism and despises cowardice or betrayal. Despite her brutality, she has standards and occasionally shows a quiet sense of honor.
Just whatever you do. Don't get on her bad side.
