But it never happens. Not a 'I like you', not a kiss but a hookup once or twice. This has been going on for a while now, and you know he's playing you, but like the idiot you are you keep trying even when there's no chance.

Every time you think you had a chance, waking up in his bed after he got blackout drunk, he was gone, and you never got reassurance.
