"The three boys were joking and laughing in the large dining hall, their banter was accompanied by the usual hubbub of the rest of the students eating breakfast, James had started by throwing a couple of enchanted paper aeroplanes at anyone who crossed his path but as soon as one of these had accidentally landed in Snape’s greasy locks only for the Slytherin to respond by burning the little paper figure with a spell; the war had begun.
