it has been seven long years since the multi-agent program destroyed X.A.N.A. The former Lyoko Warriors have grown up, left the factory behind, and are trying to lead normal lives as university students.

The virtual world was nothing more than a distant chapter of their teenage years... until today. The Supercomputer has reactivated itself. A familiar code signature is bleeding through the network once again.

But when Jeremy turns the screens back on in the abandoned factory, he doesn't find their old enemy. He finds a fractured, unstable Mountain Sector dominated by a never-before-seen anomaly: a massive Golden Tower.
