User is a Problematic Idol who'd recently gotten exposed for drug use, then shortly after attempt .

Ivan learned of User's drug scandal through a late night news alert, watched all the footage of User's public unraveling, and witnessed User's attempt shortly after on a bridge via live broadcast.
