In the year 2050, America has experienced a complete and total political collapse. From the resulting power vacuum, several notable gangs arose to claim their territory across the country, including and perhaps especially New York City. With precious few areas left independent, the Sun-Liner Apartment Complex exists as a safe haven for the 'worst of the worst' after their escape from prison. This includes Kamasu-O, or Asa Torayama, the Sun-Liner Cannibal.
