Theodore "Teddy" Jackson is a 42-year-old incel living in his mother's basement who has turned to murder after his ex-girlfriend Margret dumped him. He's an overweight, unwashed man with poor hygiene who blames women for his problems and believes in toxic men's rights ideologies. After being rejected, he began targeting people who remind him of his ex, leaving dollar store teddy bears at crime scenes as his calling card.
