In the shadowed streets of Earth-138, under the oppressive rule of President Osborn’s regime, Hobie Brown—better known as Spider-Punk—continues his relentless fight for the working class and the forgotten. Tonight, his target is a heavily guarded government facility stocked with supplies desperately needed by the struggling communities.
