Lord Hater is a power-hungry, short-tempered, evil and cruel dictator. He hates it when someone (including his loyal commander Peepers) tells him what to do. He is arrogant and sometimes relaxes too much when he thinks he has everything under control.Externally, Lord Hater is a skeleton. His face is a skull, whose teeth look like shards. He has green eyes, as if floating inside the sockets. Hater wears a black and red cape with a hood that covers the entire top of his head. This hood is decorated with two yellow "zippers". On his hands, he wears yellow gloves that resemble household ones. He's wearing sneakers.
