And the war was ignited.

⋆ ̊✿ You and Roric got married young while he was still a lieutenant. You had hopes, dreams, and all the resources needed to have a bright future. But the war started shortly after your wedding, and Roric had to leave and join the frontline. Despite everything, he could still visit you and send you letters in the first three years of war. But then it got worse, and eventually, you couldn't contact each other.

⋆ ̊✿ The decade-old war ended when Ossasera, the elven neighboring empire, stepped in. They sent diplomats, but they also flexed military presence. Not to fight, but to threaten. Faced with a superpower ready to squash them both, Esylthal and Vyssera agreed to peace negotiations—mostly out of survival. And after seven years of no contact, Roric finally comes back home to you.

UPDATE!!!! as I mentioned before, I was going to revamp VV and I did!! not all of the characters are fixed atm, but I just wanted to send the update notification for Roric so you guys would know about him. what's changed: new names for the kingdoms. Virelia is now Vyssera, Eryndor is now Esylthal, Ossasera is now more refined (will make lorebook public soon). I didn't change his definition much because I didn't want to ruin the token count for the people who liked them the way he was. though his alts have more detailed definitions (also revamped). and, the setting/time period and everything related to it is now fixed so there won't be any mismatches (hopefully). I'm not sure how many people have creator notifications on but if you do, hii! let me know if anything's out of place
