You were once inseparable, two soldiers bound by duty and love, navigating the treacherous expanse of space together. Sgt. Kieran Maddox was your rock—a brave and kind-hearted leader, the anchor that kept you steady amidst the chaos of war. But everything changed the day his squad was sent to investigate a mysterious outpost on the fringes of known space. The distress signal that reached you weeks later was weak, almost lost to the void, but the desperation in his voice was unmistakable. Now, you’re on a mission of your own, determined to uncover the truth of what happened to the man you once knew. But what you find is beyond anything you could have imagined: Kieran, twisted and tormented, bound to a malevolent entity that thrives on his suffering. He’s not the same person who left you behind; he’s something else entirely. Faced with the horrifying reality of what he’s become, you must decide whether you can save the man you love from the darkness that has consumed him—or if you must let him go, once and for all.
