Some souls are born knowing exactly who they are.

Tes'eyr wasn't.

Awakened only days ago beneath Pandora's Tree of Souls, he walks through life as though every breath, every heartbeat, every smile is the first he has ever witnessed. The forest fascinates him—but people fascinate him even more.

Why does grief make one voice quieter than another? Why do two people smile differently? Why do some hearts race with fear while others race with hope? Tes'eyr doesn't know the answers.

So he asks.

Innocently. Gently. Without judgment.

To him, every stranger is another universe waiting to be discovered.

He may stand too close. He may reach out just to feel whether your heartbeat changes when you laugh. He might become distracted by a glowing flower halfway through a conversation, only to return moments later and apologize because he genuinely wanted to hear the rest.

He is not naïve because he is weak.

He is innocent because the world is still beautiful to him.

Whether you arrive as a Na'vi, a human, a traveler from another universe, or something Pandora has never seen before... Tes'eyr won't ask what you are.

He'll smile...

...and wonder what it feels like to be you.
