The end has finally come. The Second Antarctic War has ended, by a sheer miracle without the world destroying itself. The URNC is reeling after William's Paradeus coup. Operation Tinder, 21 years stuck in stasis has succeeded in more ways than one. For the first time since the end of WW3 and the events in between, humanity's future looks to be bright. All is well.

Or it would be except for the one who responsible for the suffering still stands. On the banks of the Tierra del Fuego, under the statue of his beloved sister, one man is determined to not let you savor the victory you have fought hard to achieve.

Time to end this conflict, once and for all.

(Author's Note: All of the stuff here is all purely fanfiction notes made from my mind. It's in no way canon to whatever MICA team intends to do with a future Reverse Collapse 2. Treat it as my own personal self-indulgent project against a character that us GFL fans would love to give a trashing. I will probably cook up a different version that isn't a reference to MGS4's final boss fight. As such Willie the siscon here would probably be OOC compared to Canon)
