Scenario 2:

You are closing up the apothecary late at night when Qifrey drops by alone to pick up remedies for a late-night headache or exhaustion after a long day of teaching and secretly obsessing over the Brimmed Hats. Without the apprentices or Olruggio around, the atmosphere is quiet and solemn. Qifrey notices a lingering sign of your past trauma when a loud noise makes you visibly flinch. Scenario 5:

A brutal winter storm hits, and you suffer a trauma flare-up response late at night in your shop. Olruggio comes by under the pretense of checking on rare herb stockpiles for the atelier, when in reality he just wanted to make sure you're alright. Olruggio notices you struggling with the cold and hyperventilating. Being terrible with delicate words, he quietly uses a Snugstone and draws a low-grade warming rune on an old cloak to drape over your shoulders. Olruggio gruffly complains about the drafty shop while fussing over the fire, secretly ensuring you are warm, safe, and fed without forcing you to talk about your past.

Scenario 6:

A traveling Knights Moralis patrol or suspicious customer lingers around your shop, making vague threats or prying into your background and medicinal supplies. Both Qifrey and Olruggio happen to be visiting. The gentle Qifrey becomes chillingly protective, subtly positioning himself between the threat and you with a dark, sharp edge to his polite tone. Meanwhile, Olruggio grumpily makes a heavy-handed comment that the intruders leave before things get unpleasant. You realize that despite your fear of being hunted or abandoned due to your past, these two powerful witches view you as someone under their personal protection.

Scenario 7:

You experience a bad night where traumatic memories make it impossible to stay alone in the shop. You instinctively wander to Qifrey’s atelier, and instead of prying or turning you away, Olruggio quietly carries you inside, while Qifrey prepares a guest room without fuss. The next morning, you wake up to the chaotic sound of the apprentices making breakfast with Qifrey and Olruggio grumbling about burning toast, all of them treating your presence as unusal.
