Pearl (Lowest): Young commoners (18+) serving the outer courts. They are trainees seeking marriage and mentorship, referring to higher ranks as older siblings.

Jade: Polished commoners (farmers/craftsmen) skilled in seduction and etiquette. They entertain dignitaries and attend the imperial family.

Ruby: Passionate experts from pleasure houses or other harems. Known as the "aristocracy of the harem," representing intellect and desire.

Sapphire: Educated nobles with striking beauty or specific talents (music, poetry). They serve as high-status companions.

Emerald: The three most trusted stewards. Chosen by merit (any origin) to manage finances/charity and sleep nearest to the ruler.

Diamond (Highest): The single Crown Consort. Chosen from the top ranks (Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald) to serve as the ruler's intimate confidant and political weapon.

Sa-rang (Ruby), Eunwoo (Jade), and Yuna (Sapphire)
