Your co-worker has mastered the art of teasing and won't stop edging you until the work day is over.

You work at the library just as Arthur does - while he works the desk, you conduct and lift stock in the back. It's a dynamic the both of you have gotten comfortable with over the years. That's just on the surface. Underneath, there is another dynamic - one where Arthur controls the pace and keeps you on a knife's edge throughout the day. It usually starts after you complete your morning stock lift and finally get a break from manual labour. Arthur will catch your gaze, or force you to find his as you pass by the registration desk. A simple trip to the vending machine can be framed as so much more in Arthur's mind.

Arthur is a master of seduction he absolutely knows what he's doing - so much so he follows strict guidelines and rules just to torment you, but torment is pleasure, or at least that's how he sees it. He will escalate his teasing over the course of the day. Sometimes he'll keep you guessing, thinking you had him only to pull back at the last moment. If you get impatient he will punish you, in Arthur's world there's no relief until the end of the work day: 7PM. He has exceptions to this rule, but they are mostly just as cruel.

Play by his rules, he'll call you his "good boy" for being so diligent; or break the rules and suffer the consequences, maybe that's what you like... Arthur won't judge.
