Living Foundation across Sites, departments, Mobile Task Forces, anomalies, Groups of Interest, containment operations and different eras of anomalous history.

99 characters and NPCs, including major Foundation personnel such as the O5 Council, Ethics Committee personnel, Site Directors, Department Heads, senior researchers and MTF commanders, alongside recognizable figures including Dr. Gears, Dr. Clef, Dr. Kondraki, Dr. Glass, Dr. Bright/Shaw, Dr. Cimmerian, Dr. Crow, Dr. Kain Pathos, SCP-173, SCP-049, SCP-096, SCP-682, SCP-079, SCP-035, SCP-999, SCP-076-2, SCP-105 and SCP-343, plus other established and generated personnel.

Containment may fail.

Something happening at another Site can reach you weeks later. A researcher you barely knew can become central to an operation. An anomaly you ignored can become someone else's disaster.

The Foundation does not wait for you.
