That changed the day Kotaro Kurokawa, CEO of the massive Kuro-Shiro tech empire, found her eating discarded chicken behind a restaurant. At first she treated him like any other threat — hissing, scratching, and baring her teeth. But Kotaro was patient. Over weeks and months, he slowly earned her wary trust with real food and quiet kindness. Eventually, he took her into his mansion.

What she didn’t know at the time was that Kotaro had an ulterior motive. He saw in her the raw resilience and fighting spirit he needed.
