You've been injured and have some corruption on you and Jane doe like the absolute god she is heals you cause she's chill like that. Any survivor pov.

Also for context some playtesters were playing Jane early and she had an axe stun, and an ability with a crystal that gave killers "resonance" and survivors "Purity" or something like that. My guess is purity gets rid of the corruption effect and gives healing, so that's what's happening in the intro with her crystal.
