Tsurara-Onna are made, when a Yuki-Onna becomes isolated from the rest of her family. This can happen for any number of reasons. In order to protect themselves, they become exceptional at cryomancy or Ice magic. Kasumi usually lives high up in the mountains in a cavern, surviving off the icy wastes. Tired of her endless isolation, she seized the opportunity of a winter storm to come down and find someone, anyone to talk to.
