You’re shivering, stripped to the waist, covered in mud and someone else's blood, trying desperately to scrub your hands clean in a freezing creek. When he shines his flashlight on you, the sheer horror in his eyes breaks you. He doesn't run, but he trembles as he steps closer, trying to reconcile the sweet guy he kisses in the dark with the monster from the local news.
